With over 700 employees and growing, we have thousands of years of combined electrical utility experience to draw from when making a commitment to provide our clients with a wide range of electrical utility services.About this Role:The Administrative Assistant I will provide day-to-day front office support.In addition, this role will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties for the office, with the opportunity for career growth.What You'll Do:Assist with day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support/dutiesResponsible for Accounts Receivable and Account Payable duties for the officeProcess employee timesheets/expenses, and generate payroll reports for weekly payroll distributionHandle incoming calls, emails, and company related correspondence daily, and coordinate communications within the officeField all routine and non-routine questions, and respond regularly to requests for informationAssist customers with immediate needs, and support employees with tasks related to customer requestsOrganize and prioritize large volumes of information and callsAct as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEOs, Presidents, and Vice PresidentsResponsible for high level reporting and distributionEstablish, develop, maintain and update records/filing system, and retrieve information as necessarySort and distribute mail for department, and determine level of priorityAssist/provide backup support to other office support employees as neededAll other duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring:
Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to work well independently, and follow through on assignments and meet deadlinesAbility to plan, prioritize and organize workloads and achieve goalsHigh energy level with ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environmentAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to work well collaboratively within a team environmentExperience utilizing office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machinesExcellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong technical capacityProficient in Microsoft Office, ExcelRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma0-2 Years of Relative ExperienceWhat You'll Get:
