Job Description:As a Senior .Net Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions, utilizing Azure, Microsoft C#, .NET Framework (from 1.1 to current version), .NET Core, and ASP.NET. You will be responsible for both technical development and acting as a liaison between developers and management. Your duties will include supervising project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and providing technical guidance. You will also be involved in planning, processing, and performing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop software solutions using Azure, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologiesCollaborate with management, providing technical advice on project requirementsDelegate tasks, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgetsAnalyze, design, and implement technical solutions in alignment with project goalsMentor junior staff and share expertise through technical documentation or verbal instructionConduct system testing, create test documentation, and develop technical documentation with application functionalityPlan and implement technical project work, including lower-level tasks such as developing reports in HTMLUtilize development tools like GIT, Azure, TFS, and Visual StudioCollaborate on multiple projects as needed across different departmentsEnsure software reusability and adherence to industry best practices
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
8+ years of relevant experience in software development4-year college degree preferredExpertise in C#, .NET Framework (1.1 to current), .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and AzureExperience in project planning, technical design, and analysisStrong knowledge of GIT, TFS, and other development toolsProficiency in creating technical documentation and performing system testingExperience with manual QA testing processesFamiliarity with SQL, including stored procedures, functions, tables, views, etc.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
