Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
Manage calendars, coordinate events, and host high-profile groups of visitors and guests
Develop an understanding of the group and our client's priorities and commitments; to ensure the supported executives' productivity daily
Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Coordinate meetings, ensuring upfront clarity on agenda, structure, goals, and follow-up actions
Manage executive travel and oversee team travel itineraries
Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, ensuring deliverables are met
Identify and take on ad-hoc projects, such as organizing and planning multi-day workshopsRequired Skills for Administrative Assistant:
Two plus years of experience supporting senior leaders as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
Organizational dexterity with executive and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
Sense of initiative and drive to solve problems
Results/action-oriented with project management skills
Must be in the LA area
