This position is located in San Francisco, California.Duties:Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior leadership, including the CEO and Vice Presidents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operationsManage complex calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses, and handle external communications with customers, partners, and stakeholders, including responding to and organizing inbound requests for meetings, conferences, and other engagementsLead and manage team projects, including organizing company-wide events such as All-Hands meetings, off-site retreats, and other key initiatives, ensuring successful planning and executionAdapt to evolving needs by taking on additional responsibilities and projects to support business priorities and team goalsDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leadershipProficiency in Google Workspace and communication platforms like SlackExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities and a high degree of emotional intelligenceDemonstrated experience in project management, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders efficientlyBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
