IT Service Desk Analyst

Our client is seeking an indiidual to join their IT Service Desk team as they roll out M365, OneDrive and SharePoint online to their company. He/She will be responsible for answering calls/ resolving tickets for end users issues questions in regards to M365, OneDrive and SharePoint online. He/She should have excellent customer service skills including customer-oriented telephone and email/chat abilities that respond quickly, competently and patiently to customer requests. He/She must be comfortable with participating in weekly staff meetings - reporting on the most common user issues and how the IT service Desk team can best combat them proactively.
