ConsultNet is seeking a Tier 1 Support Technician to provide intermediate-level maintenance and support for desktop and laptop computers. This role involves identifying and resolving customer issues, as well as installing and configuring both software and hardware.
Requirements:
ssociate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology, Computer Help Desk Specialist, Computer Network Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution,
or Relevant experience in an IT technical environment, including installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of personal computers and hardware. Basic understanding of PC networking concepts and terminology, with familiarity in Windows Active Directory. Experience with LCD projectors and TVs/monitors. Basic knowledge of setup, support, and maintenance for printers and plotters. Proficient in installing, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
