Scrum Master

Project Description:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of successfully guiding teams in delivering high-quality products. You will be key in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.Responsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.- Remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress and productivity.- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.- Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within the team and with stakeholders.- Support the organization in adopting Agile methodologies and promote Agile best practices.- Maintain relevant metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.- Work closely with other Scrum Masters to coordinate cross-team initiatives.Mandatory Skills Description:- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.- Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:- Experience with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).- Familiarity with software development practices (e.g., DevOps,- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).- Experience in leading workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies.- Background in project management or other Agile roles (e.g., Product Owner).- Knowledge of additional frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP) and Agile tools.Languages:English: C1 Advanced
