The Ford Agency has partnered with luxury commercial real estate group in downtown DC to find a temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant. The Assistant will provide all-around support to the management team in fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for a candidate with strong organizational, logistical support, and customer service skills able to start ASAP!Responsibilities include:Organize and track paper and electronic lease documents, contracts, and certificates of insuranceProcess invoicesSchedule and manage conference room useOversee the daily needs of the office to include: ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, managing kitchen supplies, serving as back-up to the receptionistQualifications include:Previous administrative support experienceIntermediate proficiency with MSWord, Excel, OutlookExcellent organizational, technical, and customer service skillsBackground in luxury retail and customer services is a plusCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
