End User Support Desktop TechLocation: Alpharetta, GAOn-site 5 days a weekWill be responsible for the re- imaging of laptops and desktopsHave very good Windows Support experienceMust have very good troubleshooting skillsAble to multitask and have excellent end user skills/customer rapport skillsPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProvide both on site and remote troubleshootingAny ticketing system is Ok - however if they know ServiceNow highly preferred.RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver exceptional white glove service desktop support services to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.70%Troubleshoot and provide support on PCs (laptops & desktops) and wireless devices including but not limited to iOS, Android tablet, smartphones, handheld scanners to all levels of end users.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESAdherence to IT procedural guidelines and policies.Decommissioning and disposal of IT equipment and responsible for the accuracy of the Asset Management information.Performs other duties as assigned.Proficient in imaging computers using industry-standard tools.
