MAC Support - Mac Server and MacOSDayton, OHFull Time /Long termWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated MAC Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing departmental lab equipment, Mac computers, and peripheral hardware. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the Print Lab, performing first-level repairs, and providing necessary reports to the chairperson .Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair departmental lab equipment, Mac computers, and peripheral hardware.Maintain printers, equipment/machines, and perform first-level repairs when possible.Required Experience:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Degree in IT preferred but related background or experience will be considered.Minimum of 1 year work experience requiredExpert knowledge and practical skills in Macintosh Server Administration, Macintosh, and UNIX operating systems, and various software applications used in the department and visual communications field required.Expert troubleshooting skills on equipment, hardware, software, and operating systems preferred.Working knowledge and skill in the graphic arts and visual communications industries, including Digital Prepress and current industry software applications for digital illustration, imaging, and pagination required.
