We are seeking a Tier III Senior Systems Analyst for the Infrastructure Design Department.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Design Manager, this key role is responsible for aligning with the business integration and technical execution of initiatives and projects. The Tier III Systems Senior Analyst is accountable for working with business units, project teams and internal/external stakeholders to determine the best manner to implement technical requirements and solutions while focusing on craftsmanship and high availability. They provide knowledge and expertise in a broad spectrum of technologies including servers, storage, backup systems, networking, and security at a Tier 3 level and serve as an escalation point for technical issues related to new initiatives and to the operational infrastructure already in place as required.

Highlights:

Execute Infrastructure Design Tier III functions to include: design and documentation audit, planning excellence, solution assistance & 3rd party support Lead Infrastructure Design Tier III from a technical perspective to ensure compliance with Infrastructure process as designed at Level III Resolve technical issues arising from network, server, database, and desktop integrations and failures Diagnose emerging technical problems and initiate actions to prevent and/or overcome the problems identified in line with granted authorities Implement and improve quality standards for existing products, services, production or operational processes in response to customer needs Advise management of changes needed to any system hardware and application, ensuring change management process is followed Experience:

Required

7 or more years' experience in a technically diverse support environment 5 or more years' experience supporting three or more of the following technical disciplines at an enterprise level: virtual environments, network storage, cisco networking, security, telephony, SQL, server level system administration 2 or more years of related IT Management/Supervisory experience of three or more staff Experience working with 3rd party vendor support Preferred

Experience with SDWAN, Enterprise WIFI, ITMs and Cloud Technologies Education:

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study and minimum 7 years IT Experience, OR 12 years equivalent experience and knowledge Preferred

Financial services industry experience Licenses & Certifications:

Required

A minimum of 1 of the below certificates or equivalent CCNP CCDA MCSE (Cloud Platform & Infrastructure or Data Management & Analytics) VCP-DV (VCP-DT Preferred) Citrix SD-WAN Certified

Broad knowledge of Information Technology environments, support and technologies. Deep (Senior Tier 3 Level) knowledge of at least 3 technologies including: server, network, storage, backup, and security PC skills to include One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge and expertise to other professionals, regulators and credit union staff. Outstanding track record of delivering technical support that meets business and member needs/expectations. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical, technical and conceptual skills with attention to detail Results oriented with a strong focus on the customer (both internal & external) Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties. Effective time management and prioritization skills Strong vendor management skills Strong service orientation to align needed support to the desired business outcome Strong collaboration and teamsmanship to all Credit Human departments Strong general knowledge of Microsoft & Cisco standards and products. Strong time management skills

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
