The data analyst is responsible for strengthening Tyler's ability to provide data management and analysis supporting our product verticals by developing and maintaining processes to efficiently capture, store, and present data to key business stakeholders. Assists management and business process owners in reporting SLAs, providing insights, and creating visual representations of the data to tell a story. This role requires a talented professional with a diverse mix of skills in data management, data visualization, and the ability to partner with all aspects of our business, from Call Center, Customer Support, Product Team, and Application Development.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business needs into data requirementsProvide insights across multiple verticals and present information and trends to business ownersPrepare executive level PowerPoint presentations to provide business status updates as well aid in decision makingGraphically represent large dataset telling the story and aiding in decision makingUse data to improve processes across business lanesProactively identify areas of improvement and present data to support decision makingAssist business owners to improve customer experience processes through data analyticsRetrieve and combine data from multiple sources and formats and consolidate into a centralize data warehousePrepare monthly SLA reports for multiple business verticalsWork with 3rd parties to integrate data systems and sources which may include documenting requirements and technical solutionsQualifications

Bachelor's degree plus outstanding communications and problem-solving skillsCurrent knowledge of PowerBI, Power Query, Excel, and PowerPointStrong knowledge of SQL, ETL Processes, and Data WarehousingWorking knowledge of MS 365 IntegrationsAWS cloud experience a plusFamiliar with ZenDesk, MS Dynamics, JIRA and other ticketing systemsExcellent customer service skills, including good verbal and written abilitiesStrong leadership, organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to influence other teams without direct authoritySelf-motivatedDesire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
