Job Description:

Specialty Dental Brands is seeking an IT Project Manager who will help to develop and evolve the IT Project Management Office (IT PMO). This role will be responsible for organizing, managing, and planning complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The ideal candidate would have experience managing the following types of projects: IT infrastructure, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Software Implementations/Conversions, Cybersecurity, IT integrations, and Process Improvement/Refinement.

Project Planning and Initiation:

Lead project initiation activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectationsTeam Leadership:

Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.Effectively allocate resources and manage team workloads to optimize productivity.Project Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee project execution, ensuring that all activities are carried out according to the project plan.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner.Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.Stakeholder Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns proactively.Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.Conduct regular reviews and inspections to verify compliance with project requirements.Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.Efficiently allocate resources and manage project-related expenses.Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plusProven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years leading complex projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in healthcare is preferred
