NA has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an IT Project Manager-Workday.

Key Responsibilities:IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Workday implementation project from initiation to closureDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsMonitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryCollaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, IT teams, and external vendors, to define project requirements and expectationsCommunicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders at all levelsProvide strong leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentAs an IT Project Manager, you will delegate tasks appropriately, manage workload distribution, and ensure team members have the support and resources needed to succeedManage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in the Workday implementation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligationsEstablish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the Workday solution meets business requirements and industry best practicesDevelop and implement change management strategies to support organizational adoption of the new Workday system, including training, communication, and user support

Required Skills : * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree or PMP certification is a plus * Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Workday implementations * Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall * Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex IT projects from initiation to completion * Strong understanding of Workday functionality, configuration, and integration capabilities * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesRank :B1Requested Date :2024-04-24
