Role : Project manager (Workday)

Requirements

•Leads the planning and execution of IT projects related to HR technology, focusing on Workday

•Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the HR business goals

•Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provides regular updates to senior management on project status and performance metrics

•Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure that projects remain on track

•Builds and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders, including vendors

•Supervises IT Business Systems Analysts and other related staff

•Five (5) years of demonstrated experience leading complex IT projects

•Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms

•Experience supporting projects that further Human Resources goals and initiatives

•Experience using project management tools

•Experience building and delivering presentations for stakeholder audiences
