The Paid Search Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). This role requires a deep understanding of paid search marketing best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. What You'll Do: + Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. + Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide campaign strategy and maximize ROI. + Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs. + Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other variables to improve campaign performance. + Manage campaign budgets and adjust bids to achieve desired cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals. + Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. + Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to optimize campaign strategies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to optimize landing pages and improve user experience.
