An employer is seeking a field support specialist to help with one of their acquisition companies. This person will deal with tier 2 support in break-fix issues on PCs and printers. Some software and hardware troubleshooting, as well as setting up new users and emails in active directory. From a network standpoint this person will help with wireless access points, VPNs, and switches.
