YesDescription of WorkNebraska Public Media is looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Communications team at Nebraska's PBS and NPR Stations. The person in this position will help our organization reach specific audiences on various digital platforms. They will need to analyze audience and campaign data to refine and improve digital marketing efforts in promoting projects and programs, including feasibility studies for digital platforms that may help us reach new audiences. The candidate will use great communications and analytic skills to generate reports to evaluate and share insights. Will work independently and alongside our team to brainstorm inventive ways to promote our station and all that it offers. The candidate will utilize their eye for visual design, especially when it comes to digital advertising, to understand what is effective on various platforms as they coordinate with our Graphics team. The candidate will use creative digital marketing strategies including paid search and search engine optimization ( SEO ).

Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or advertising and one year of experience in communications, marketing, public relations and/or advertising; equivalent education/experience considered. Excellent writing, editing, and data analysis skills. Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics. Knowledge of SEO and retargeting. Strong organizational, planning and time management skills and techniques.
Preferred QualificationsThree years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations and/or advertising. Knowledge of media industry. Relationship-based service/marketing experience. Proficiency with social media business tools. Experience with the Google for Nonprofits program. Familiarity with content management systems, Google Search Console, paid search, and email marketing.

NoCommercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.
