SR. Business Analyst

An insurance client in Cincinnati is seeking a Business Analyst (on a contract-to-hire model) to join a large multi-year program to work with the Program Manager and IT teams as they build out a new system. Their responsibilities include:- Create and maintain process flows -- both business and systems- Have experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for project teams regardless of project methodology- Have experience documenting data requirements (attributes, mapping) - Have experience documenting test cases and test plans; experience generating RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)- Willing to share knowledge and experience with business analysis best practicesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
