Our client, a Fortune 10 healthcare company, is seeking an Project Manager/Scrum Master to join the Enterprise Project Management Office. You will be working on a large technology upgrade/transformation/modernization effort. They are moving from legacy technology to latest and greatest technology. You will work on refining and upgrading technology and also optimizing business processes around that. Working closely with business and technology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to convey the message creativelyFacilitate reviews and confirms project scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and plansManage scrum team, lead scrum ceremonies, retros, refinement sessions, etcMaintains focus on project risks and interdependencies across the life cycle, making contingency plans to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget, schedule, and scopeEngage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business/application areas for Problem Solving, short-and long-term technology solutions, and risk mitigation activitiesDrives results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct as necessaryFacilitates internal and external meetings ensuring clear, complete, thorough, and consistent documentation of status, issues, risks, budget, key decisions, root cause and final resolutionDisplays strong organizational skills with attention to detail evidenced through sound analytical skillsDisplays strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years IT Project Management3+ years in Scrum Master role (Manage scrum team, lead scrum ceremonies, retros, refinement sessions, etc)Healthcare/Insurance experience (prior CVS experience HUGE plus!)Experience on large technology modernization/transformation effortsToolso MS project, Rally (or Jira), RTC, Clarity (for budget management) or comparableDual responsibility :o Scrum master and Project managerManaged Agile and Hybrid projects ( Waterfall, Agile, Kanban etc).Experience developing detail project plan, Roadmap, executive presentations (Proficient at PowerPoints).Experienced in providing status update including risk/issues update to senior leadership team.Ability to drive technical as well business conversations.Handled large platform modernization effort.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMPCertified Scrum MasterExperience moving from large platform from mainframe to new technology
