NOC Technician

Insight Global is looking for a Midlevel NOC Technician to help support our clients growing clientele. This person will be joining a team of 9 comprised of -- Project Engineers, Network Engineers and others. This individual will primarily be dealing with managing alerts, identifying fixes within the network and documenting network issues that they deal with on a day to day basis.

* 2-3 years Networking Monitoring Experience

* Networking Experience/Background -- CISCO is preference can be Aruba, Meraki etc.

* Experience managing alerts, identifying fixes within a Network setting/NOC setting

* Heaving documentation experience

* Experience identifying issues in SQL statements

Pay Range: $20-22
