Job Overview:
Oversees the standard project management processes and procedures for enterprise projects. Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring and completion tasks utilizing the PMBOK model. Provides administrative project management leadership and support to the assigned project team and senior level stakeholders.
PMP, PMBoK, IT Infrastructure!Required Skills & Experience:Extensive knowledge of project management processes and reporting;Extensive fiscal monitoring and reporting skills;Considerable knowledge of basic network infrastructure and architecture;Considerable knowledge of data flows between integrated systems;Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Apps; Windows; Chrome OS;Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;Strong analytical skills and organizational skills;Excellent customer service skills;Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety ofcommunication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback;Ability to facilitate the development and usage of standard project management principles anddocumentation, which can include project definition, scope, goals, communication, risk mitigation, and deliverable plans;Ability to proactively apply project management and technical knowledge to improve deliverables, providing attention to details, and minimizing errors and project overruns;Ability to direct, manage, and support multiple project teams;Ability to interact positively and professionally with stakeholders, school system staff, students, contractors, and vendors.
