Job Title: Hogan Mainframe DeveloperLocation: Kansas City, MODuration: ContractContract Description :Design, code, test, and implement complex Hogan applications and modules as per the requirements and within the stipulated timelinesPerform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations and adherence to Hogan system capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Hogan environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to promote best practices in Hogan application developmentProvide continuous production support for all Hogan-related tasks and issuesQualifications :Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Hogan IDS, Hogan CIS, Hogan RPM, and other Hogan systemsProficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM, with a strong understanding of mainframe development and debugging toolsAbility to conduct root-cause analysis, provide incident resolution, and apply minor enhancements as they pertain to Hogan applicationsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely mannerThis role will require a rotating on-call schedule and occasional travel to the client site in Missouri (up to 25%).
