We help organizations achieve growth by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data-driven strategies, and expert human capital.The Paid Search Specialist is an integral member of our client services team, responsible for executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a strong foundation in digital marketing, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering results. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in paid advertising and will work closely with senior team members to ensure our campaigns are effective, data-driven, and aligned with client goals.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI and achieve client goals.Ad Creation and Testing:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad elements and continuously refine campaign components based on data.Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI. Present findings to internal teams and contribute to client reporting.Industry Research:

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising. Assist in integrating new techniques and tools into our advertising strategies to keep our services cutting-edge.Client Interaction:

Support the Manager and senior team members in client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on campaign progress. Help maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and results-driven work.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with account management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Collaborate on initiatives that drive client success.Qualifications:Experience:

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Skills:Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic understanding of conversion optimization, ad copywriting, and landing page design.Experience with Excel for data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas).Preferred Qualifications:Certifications:

Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or equivalent.Tools:

Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Editor, and website content management systems like WordPress.Industry Knowledge:
