Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Communication Liaison : Complete outbound calls as needed to coordinate with vendors, internal team, and customers to ensure all tasks and projects are on track.
• Meeting Coordination : Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with the necessary resources.
• Document Preparation : Prepare reports, presentations, sales sheets, brochures and flyers.
• Project Suppor t: Assist in the execution of special projects, often involving market research, coordination with other departments, and tracking deliverables. Introduce and promote our products and services, highlighting key benefits & features via phone and email.
• Office Management:
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office support as needed.
• Event Planning : Organize and support company events, executive retreats, and team-building activities as necessary.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack) is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support preferred but not required. Sales or marketing a plus
