OVERVIEW
The RPA Analyst will assist in the advancement of Quadax's RPA initiative. Individual will have proven skills to successfully interact with business units to identify opportunities for automation, possess the skills to validate these opportunities, help document requirements, create project specifications, program and ensure successfully implementation of RPA solutions. Ideally, this individual will have background working in and possess strong knowledge of best practices used within a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) production operation.
QUALIFICATIONSWork as part of a team and utilize their RCM experience to identify opportunities for automationDefine, document and translate business requirements to RPA solutionsHelp establish the foundation for an RPA center of excellenceCoordinate and lead multiple RPA projects with internal and external outside developers including assisting with scope and task plan development, providing input to automation requirements, and developing process flow charts and reports on project statusDeploy, support RPA solutions running on Quadax's RPA platformAct as RPA Process Controller monitoring RPA solutions implemented, troubleshooting and making coding changes when neededParticipate in evaluating emerging technologies as it relates to automationOther duties as assignedRESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrable experience developing and implementing technical and business solutions that reduces FTEs, saves costs, and improves efficiencies with RCM production tasksProven success working across business units to help identify and define opportunities for automationStrong Project Management and organization skillsDisciplined in setting prioritiesExcellent communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related studies that established a basic technical foundationAbility to maintain confidentiality
