Job Description:

The ideal candidate (will be expected to perform) be an RPA Developer to work as part of our team to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the UI Path platform, Blue Prism, or similar. Coordinate with stakeholder teams across business and technical units to develop and produce artifacts that are consumable by the various audiences and stakeholders. Use UiPath, Python, and Power Automate to develop, test, document and maintain process automated solutions and integrations of an RPA implementation. Participate in creating deliverables for complex delivery solutions for medium to large projects.

The candidate performs the following specific assignments:Use UiPath, Python, and Power Automate to develop, test, document and maintain process automated solutions and integrations of an RPA implementationApply in-depth knowledge of robotics development in a Total Force Human Resource Management environment.Develop an understanding of overall client strategy and how your role contributes to that strategyExecute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit testsDemonstrate understanding of client's business and technical environment that are a part of the project implementationFacilitate client discussions to drive clarity and resolution. (e.g., requirement sessions, design reviews, etc.)Documents and understands client processes and requirements, identifies gaps, and contributes to deliverablesActively engage in client sessions/discussions to capture key information and insightsFollow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followedMap the as-is process and translating the process into automated stepsWork with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commandsConfigure, test and deploy the automation with integration to internal and external data basesMonitor and measuring the effectiveness of the bots to report on impact of the solutionDemonstrate project implementation competency using project management tools and resourcesWork with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects Work with the RPA Architect and Operations team to execute deployment plansUtilize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, JIRA, etc.Anticipate client needs to provide client what they need when they need itBusiness development and sales support responsibilities include:

Build client relationships and opportunities through proactive account management and effective project deliveryParticipate in internal knowledge capital and/or offerings developmentEnsure a good understanding of the sales cycle and participation in proposals to expand / identify new workUtilize area of expertise to identify and support opportunities (Pre-Sales / Sales Support - Proposal and RFP Response)Develop relationship plans to grow current and targeted accountsExperience Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent with an exposure to IT topics.At least seven (7) years of post-college full-time experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar developing and working with attended and unattended bots, orchestrator, and other UiPath components in an enterprise environment.Must possess an active Robotic Process Automation certification or related equivalent certificationsCompetency in modern software development methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management methodologies.Knowledge of databases / data stores, and how to access data.Advanced Excel and analytical skills.Motivated to independently achieve results.Experience Desired:

Program Management Professional (PMP) accredited by PMBOK/PMI, etcFederal Agencies, experience a plus.Local to CO a plusSpecial Skills/Knowledge/Training Required/Desired:
