What You'll DoDesign, lead, build and launch new products on Ramp's iOS AppDrive our core product engineering roadmap and make important prioritization and scoping decisionsCode review, set engineering standards, mentor, and own qualityWork with Product and Design to plan and identify key features to make the app successfulWork alongside product and business teams to understand customer feedback in order to constantly improve our productWhat You Need
Minimum 5 years of experience in iOS developmentA minimum of 2 years of technical leadership experience leading and/or managing teamsProficiency in Swift for iOS developmentKnowledge of iOS UI components and the iOS Developer PlatformExperience contributing at least one mobile app and/or several features that reached a large number of usersDesire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craftDrive to learn new technologies and adapt to different situationsStrong understanding of mobile design patterns and best practicesUnderstanding of security best practices for mobile appsNice to Haves
