As a Product Owner, you will become the link between business needs and our agile development team, working closely with developers, quality analysts, Scrum Masters, and business partners to deliver powerful business solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team meets its objectives by translating business requirements into actionable technical outcomes. Be able to navigate datasets and gain a basic understanding of the data structure to inform business decisions Job QualificationsEducation & Experience: A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in IT Product Ownership or Project Management, preferably supporting large-scale or mission-critical applications.Problem Solver: You have a curiosity about creative problem-solving and can communicate and resolve complex system issues with ease.Stakeholder Manager: You're skilled at managing conflicting priorities and building consensus across diverse user munication Wizard: With excellent written and verbal communication, you're able to explain complex technical ideas in simple, relatable terms.Highly Organized: You've got superb organizational and time management skills and can easily handle competing priorities.Great Teammate: You're flexible and thrive in a collaborative environment, whether working with executives or team members across different functions.Relationship Builder: You build strong, lasting relationships across the organization, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
