You will work closely with the product teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure the S4 Product meets our business's needs and expectations. You will also collaborate with other product owners, technical and functional resources, and business owners to align the product portfolio with the enterprise strategy.Responsibilities:Learn a complex business and facilitate projects and decisions across disparate user groups.Partner with the Product Manager to contribute to the product vision and strategic roadmapCollaborate with the product management layer to thoroughly understand features for execution, ensuring they meet quality, performance, usability, and security standards.Create, manage, and validate user stories with the product team to ensure they meet the definition of being ready before each iteration.Lead agile team to manage and prioritize the team backlogPartner with Coaches to remove impediments for the Agile team and to model agile practicesKeep leadership up to date on team progress, risks, etc.Function as primary liaison between vendors, cross-functional teams, field implementation, and business stakeholdersProvide quality advice on functionality and ensure well-thought-through analysis and deliverables. Connect with the customer to validate features, execute system and solution demos, and ensure business value deliveryPartner with Product Team to prepare for system and solution demosDevelop, scope, and define backlog items that guide the product team.Assist the Product Manager with leading continuous improvement and best practice initiatives.Develop strong business relationships, influence stakeholders, and partner with others to develop superior solutions.Participate in the Safe Agile ceremonies, such as PI planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.Provide coaching and mentoring to the development teams on the Safe Agile principles and practices.Coordinate with other product teams for solution validation testing. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, preferred3-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience preferred, preferably in customer-to-cash, procure to pay, or record-to-report value chains.Experience with SAP, specifically FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO or PCA modules; S/4 HANA experience a plus. 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to define and deliver products that meet customer needs and expectations and achieve business goals and objectives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions.Experience with the tools and technologies, such as ADO and Miro.Certification as a Safe Agile Product Owner or Safe Agile Practitioner is a plus.Performs analysis and critical thinking required to troubleshoot application-related issues and assist in the resolutionApply to Compass Group todayClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
