This opportunity is for specialists with experience with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the Order to Cash functional area. Responsibilities:This position will be assigned functional technology lead responsibilities involving the planning, design, support, and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA project initiatives primarily in the SAP Order-to-Cash process in an SAP Fiori environment using SAFe Agile methodologies, including:Analyze fit/gap for business processes, translating requirements into specs, writing business process documents, and maintaining the BPMLAssist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient technical/business solutionsManaging a team of functional analysts across agile teams to ensure delivery and alignment to expected designCollaborate with other functional teams to ensure various components work together to meet the operational goals of the solution keeping in mind, the integration, quality, and performance of the deliverablesWork with the SAP Master Data Lead to provide functional support for Master Data Governance and Master Data troubleshooting and will need to understand the touch points for Sales & Distribution execution with Site Master, Customer Master Data, Billing, and Financial PostingsParticipate in project and design reviews and ensure that these meet Compass Group design principles and standardsFocus on driving, prioritizing, and managing scope changes, along with defect managementProvide key input to definition of testing strategy within the C2C area to ensure the functionality and accuracy and quality of the productAssist with project management; communication with stakeholders, users, and developers; functional unit tests; user acceptance tests; cutover tasks, and ongoing supportQualifications:Bachelor's degree in related technology field of study Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD configuration and supportStrong knowledge of SAP applications primarily SAP SD as well as, working knowledge of related MM, FI and Logistics integrationsExperience working in an SAP Fiori environmentProven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow throughStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide of variety of diverse resources with varying degrees of technological expertiseService oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationshipsStrong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools as applied to IT initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in hand with business leads in the C2C space on project design and deliverablesAbility to see the big picture for Compass Group in the design and assessment processAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesTeam player and self-starter Apply to Compass Group todayClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
