To Apply for this Job Click HereJob Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide support to multiple departments, including Finance, Development, and Senior Leadership teams. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including Salesforce data entry, donation management, and supporting grant processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in administrative roles, with experience in Salesforce or other CRM systems. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within our organization.Hours: Approximately 8-10 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:- Sort and distribute incoming mail; manage outgoing mail as needed.- Accurately input donations and grants into Salesforce, ensuring the timely and precise recording of financial contributions.- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and Director of Development to track donation receipts, manage documentation with donors, and ensure smooth processing.- Provide 2 hours of administrative support to the Board of Directors (BOD), Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and office operations, including scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence.- Work closely with the Accounting Manager, Director of Development, and Finance team to ensure seamless coordination of donation and grant records.Qualifications:- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a nonprofit or finance environment.- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for data entry and reporting.- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.- Prior experience in donation and grant management is a plus.Nice-to-Have Skills:- Excellent customer service skills and professional email etiquette.- Proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.- Experience working with the Board of Directors, donor/development, or philanthropy sectors.Hours & Compensation:- Part-time position with approximately 8-10 hours per week.- On-site presence is preferred on Wednesdays to work with the Finance team, though other days may be considered with flexibility.- Compensation: $20-$22+/hour, based on experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting key operational functions in a collaborative environment, with the flexibility to work part-time while making a meaningful impact.
