(REMOTE)Summary:The Business Analyst will work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance on Data Governance initiativesThe ideal candidate will have a background in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data AnalyticsMust have experience with using MS Excel for exploring and analyzing dataMust have experience with collecting, analyzing, and documenting user requirementsThis position is Remote, with occasional travel to Miami, FL or Charlotte, NCKey Responsibilities :Support the Development team in writing Epics, Themes, and User Stories for building business requirements pertaining to Data Governance initiativesElicit and collaborate with Business Stakeholders to define business processes, improvements, and business objectives with a focus on system capabilities and integration pointsAnalyze current needs, anticipate future needs, and collaborate in solutions integrating various business operationsAbility to listen emphatically to clients and create solutions to exceed their expectationsWork with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deploymentCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical staffCreate and present solution proposalsQualifications:3+ years of hands-on expertise being a Business Analyst2+ years of mastery in MS Excel for exploring and analyzing data2+ years of experience with collecting, analyzing, and documenting user requirementsStrong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how decisions impact timelines and budgetExcellent written and oral communication skillsBachelors Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be consideredAgile/Scrum Certifications are preferredKnowledge of Agile Software Development practices and Release Management is preferredExperience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analytics is preferredCompany Description:Paradigm Technology is a strategic Professional Services organization which primarily focuses on delivering high value solutions in Digital and Business Transformation.
