(REMOTE)Summary:The Data Analyst will work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance on Data Analytics initiativesThe ideal candidate will have a background in Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, or a related fieldMust have experience with using MS Excel to understand and build complex spreadsheets and analysisThis position is Remote, with occasional travel to Miami, FL or Charlotte, NCKey Responsibilities :Develop breadth of expertise across business domain and can navigate the companys Data WarehouseEnsure data integrity and analyze business performance using data across data sourcesExplore unstructured (open-ended text/speech) and structured (surveys) dataDevelop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make the data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasetsDocument and measure progress and business performance against project outcomes and goals to ensure experience gaps have been resolved and the customer journey is improvedWork closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makersInterpret and communicate complex ideas and findings into meaningful insights easily understood by audiences of varying levels of seniority and analytical understandingEnsure deadlines are met and proactively communicate when deadlines are at riskQualifications:3-5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, or a related field, preferably working with large datasets from multiple sourcesMust have experience with using MS Excel to understand and build complex spreadsheets and analysisA mindset geared toward back-end of innovation and a willingness to ask tough business questions and challenge the status quoDemonstrated success in uncovering and solving challenging customer issues in a dynamic business setting and delivering high quality results in a challenging environmentCuriosity to explore complex and customer focused qualitative/quantitative data sets, experimenting to see what insights it uncoversAbility to transform complex ideas into easily understood conceptsDemonstrated ability to utilize advanced analytic techniques and develop strategic frameworks to synthesize insights from multiple data sourcesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks and identify solutionsExcellent written and oral communication skillsBachelors Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be consideredExperience working with SQL is preferredExperience working with Financial data is preferredExperience working with Salesforce data structures is preferredExperience working with Oracle NetSuite data structures is preferredCompany Description:Paradigm Technology is a strategic Professional Services organization which primarily focuses on delivering high value solutions in Digital and Business Transformation.
