Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our business intelligence team. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:1. Data Gathering and Extraction:Identify, extract, and consolidate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by implementing data validation and quality control measures.2. Data Analysis and Reporting:Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.3. Business Intelligence and Reporting:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.Design and develop custom reports, ad-hoc analyses, and self-service BI solutions to support decision-making processes.Continuously optimize and enhance BI tools and processes to improve data accessibility and decision-making capabilities.4. Data Modeling and Transformation:Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the organization.Implement data transformations, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing strategies.Automate data processing and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.5.
