Safety and Quality: + Completes all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with safety policies + Creates and maintains a safe work environment + Performs safety audits and walkthroughs + Consistently supports established safety and quality processes + Participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) actions + Contributes to continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts + Identifies and helps resolve training opportunities or procedure gaps + Ensures the quality of task updates and passdowns + Manages queue time alerts and helps coordinate when to stop/start lot ordering Responsibilities: + Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Micron's GeRM, Sigma, SPC and traveler systems + Define, implement, and carry out the use of worldwide standards for all of the responsibilities listed above + Apply SPC, FDC, and 8D methodology to identify, diagnose and resolve process issues + Analyze data using various application and engineering knowledge to make critical process decisions + Provide troubleshooting support for complex process issues + Coordinate and lead meetings; track action items and provide resources for timely closure of actions + Perform project work to optimize wafer processing + Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to be on-call Workstation Efficiency: + Demonstrates expertise in driving area routine operations to ensure throughput needs are accomplished + Identifies chronic area inefficiencies and works on resolving them through CIP, area suggestion or training + Uses planning reports such as Workstation Constraints Reports, GANTT charts, and ToolMon to improve area constraints + Proactively addresses operational inefficiencies by monitoring systems, addressing notifications and raising issues + Covers additional worksta To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
