Our Opportunity Summary: As a Fab Network Planner, you will be part of Silicon Supply Planning within Global Supply Chain Primary responsibilities include working with FE manufacturing on Die Mix execution as well as DID prioritization, together with overall Fab and probe supply management to meet the demand of Micron's customers. What's Encouraged Daily: + Compute and analyze bits plans based on supply Plan of Record (POR) and provide die mix plan based on demand. + Work across cross-functional groups to conduct multiple supply and demand scenarios, including operations modeling, capacity constraints, financial analysis. + Perform constraint demands analysis based on FAB boundary conditions and drive Die Mix based on demand. + Allocate and publish signal to Front-End Manufacturing on product Die Mix for wafer starts. + Publish weekly probe Build Plan to Front-End Manufacturing Sites. + Coordinate supply and demand S&OP scenarios and ad-hoc studies with Front-End Manufacturing Sites. + Enforce to worldwide factory boundary conditions and financial measures, including, but not limited to, Return on Investment + Conduct daily supply planning system run and ensure accuracy of FAB supply inputs. Drive improvements to processes, systems and data. How To Qualify: + Masters degree with 3+ years' experience or Bachelors with 5+ years' of experience. What Sets You Apart: + Supply Chain Management, including theory of constraints application in operations/capacity modeling and linear programming to optimize supply and demand plans. + Kinaxis Rapid Response for supply planning, including modeling of supply within manufacturing constraints. + Business Process design and implementation, including experience with generation and maintenance of context diagrams, linear diagrams, and RACI matrixes. + Root cause analysis and/or experience with using 8D (Eight Disciplines) to troubleshoot supply chain master data + Python coding skills to automate tasks, transform data and streamline business processes. + Tableau Desktop report authoring skills to consolidate data and arrange for supply chain planning analysis. + Knowledge of SQL code to extract data from SAP HANA databases.
