Business Analyst, Digital TransformationJob Description The Business Analyst position is responsible for partnering with business SMEs to identify emerging digital capabilities, products, and solutions to drive overall achievement of digital roadmap and business value generation. The DTO business analysts will support the Product Owners and business SMEs to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business owners to deliver the digital solution. The business analyst will also be responsible for creating data discovery tasks based on business requirements, partnering with the data asset teams to analyze data sets from multiple sources, define data transformations, raise any risks/issues to product owner, and outline ingestion and curation user stories.Candidates should possess:•Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members is required.•Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practice s- empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences is required•Knowledge of operational business processes within Supply Chain functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics) is strongly preferred.•Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred.Qualifications•Minimum of a Bachelors' degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred. Previous experience in a Consumer Health environment preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant business systems analysis Understand the Scrum process Experience in JIRA required Strong analytics and reporting skills Superior communication and collaborative skills required Proficient in excel and spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong demonstrated understanding of machine learning methods and applied statistical packages as applied to data analysis within open-source scripting languages (I.e. R, Python) is required Strong demonstrated understanding of data lifecycle required around data ingestion (ingest data from disparate systems into cloud computing environment), data contextualization (merging large data sets, developing algorithms to merge and clean data); data insights and analytics is required Demonstrated familiarity with large datasets and understanding of data analysis workflows is required. Proven communication and influence skills are required. Working knowledge on Azure Data Bricks Experience in SLDC and Agile development process required Familiarity with large datasets and understanding of data analysis workflows is required. Prior experience in one or more of relevant commercial areas (market research, digital marketing, market mix, commercial effectiveness) strongly preferred Strong understanding of Statistics as applied to data analysis and experience with statistical packages is preferred. Experience with data analysis, visualization and workflow software is preferred
