Job Summary and Description

The FE US Expansion Operations Project Manager works directly with senior leaders and supports key FE US Expansion initiatives while enabling collaboration across departments in TD and global partners. They provide leadership with subject matter expertise and support the following disciplines: project management, business process improvement, organizational change management, data analysis, and report development. They drive continuous improvement and enable the success of FE US Expansion site and global commitments. Supporting headcount planning and tracking and developing efficient travel and training budgets are key focal points of this role.

Safety & Quality

Completes all required safety training and ensures all work is conducted in accordance with safety and quality policiesDrives a safety culture by requiring safe behaviors, participating in safety initiatives, and setting the example for safetyPerforms and facilitates audits and submits good catches on safety issuesCommunication/Collaboration

Communicates data findings and recommends solutions to diverse audiencesActively participates in applicable department meetingsProvide a high level of service with strong customer focus and builds effective relationships with supported teamsProactively seeks and provides feedback on complex tasks, concepts, and theoriesGenerates and collates ideas from others to influence or enable key strategic objectivesCreates newsletters and presentations for a broad distribution including internal, external, and executive audiences

FE US Expansion Performance

Prioritizes projects that support FE US Expansion goals and product commitmentsIs the primary contact/owner of headcount planning, tracking, and efficiencyDrives cost-effective and efficient training and travel budgetsEnsures all commitments and deadlines are met by themselves and their teamExtracts, organizes and presents department data such as headcountProvide analysis of data, highlighting key organizational trends and issues, and identifying potential solutionsConduct research and benchmarking to identify, design and implement world class practicesDesign, develop and manage deployment of new processes, procedures, and solutionsLead Business Process Improvement effortsSets and reviews program objectives, manages rollouts, and provides updatesApplies project management principles to deliver results that ensure objectives are on-time and within budgetManages concurrent high-level projects and resolve potential priority conflictsDrives quarterly Business Planning cycle for assigned programs (i.e., Headcount, training, travel, Expats)Ensures effective rollouts with proactive communication to all stakeholders to ensure successful adoptionSupports FE US Expansion senor leadership Staff meetings and ensures action items are assigned and closed in a timely mannerSuccessful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:

Knowledge of process improvement methodsProven ability in data analysis, problem solving and decision makingSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervisionProven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks concurrently and see them to conclusion on a given timelineStrong systematic and organizational skillsIntermediate knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPointProven ability to identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisionsExcellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilitiesKnowledge of industry practices, trends, and technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of semiconductor experienceSemiconductor experience in Technical, Engineering, or Project Management preferredExperience with dashboarding and SQL coding preferred
