A healthcare provider in the Medical Center of Houston is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity. Additionally, the technician will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

5+ years of experience as a Desktop Support TechnicianProficiency in Windows and Mac operating systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other management toolsProficiency in reimaging Windows machines and troubleshooting outlook applicationsExperience working with ServiceNow ticketing systemExcellent customer service skills, professionalism, and high character
