Your responsibilities would include data abstraction, scheduling, and entry related to patient safety and quality improvement metrics, as well as preparing insightful reports to identify trends in employee safety, engagement, and patient satisfaction. Collaborating closely with departmental leadership, you would investigate financial variances and assist in tracking progress toward annual goals aligned with organizational objectives. Additionally, you would coordinate LEAN projects, gather and analyze relevant data, and ensure accurate documentation of meetings. Your role would also encompass the implementation and maintenance of information systems software and hardware, serving as a vital liaison between Information Services, various hospital departments, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Beyond these tasks, you would manage meeting calendars for department leaders, oversee the review and approval of monthly invoices, and handle other assigned duties, all contributing to the smooth functioning of departmental operations.
