CRCST or CSPDT
certification to be consideredPrimary Duties include:-Prepare and assemble case carts accurately based on surgical team requirements and preferences.-Follow department standards and manufacturer instructions for use (IFU) to ensure proper handling and sterilization of instruments.-Utilize a solid understanding of disinfectants, biological indicators, and sterilizer operations to maintain effective sterilization practices.-Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, prioritizing high-need items and ensuring all tools are readily accessible.-Identify potential safety hazards in the work environment and take corrective actions to maintain a clean and safe area.-Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterilized instruments and equipment for procedures.-May assist in training new staff or providing guidance to less experienced team members.Total Rewards Offerings:
