This is not a remote position; ability to travel to various dealerships required
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Annual Salary: $65,000.00
In this position you will:Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.Collaborate with the level 1 IT helpdesk and level 2 technicians to resolve user issues in a timely manner.Create and maintain how-to & SOP documentationMaintain the computer & tablet inventoryImage & deploy computers for new hires and also hardware refreshesDeploy peripheral hardware such as IP phones, printers, copiers, monitors, and card readersDeploy iPads and other mobile devices using our mobile device management platformAssist with OS and application vulnerability remediationWhat we can offer you:

What you need to be successful in this role:
Degree or certification in Information Technology or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years experience in an IT service desk roleValid driver's license & clean driving recordReliable vehicle to travel between locations in Peabody MA/Burlington, MA/Nashua NH/Bedford, NHAbility to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & writtenTroubleshooting experience with PC hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows server, Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle high-volume user needTime management skills; dependableAbility to multi task efficiently in as fast paced environmentAbility to prioritize assigned tasksAbility to work independently & part of a team
Salary Description
$60,000.00-$65,000.00
