As a Product Engineer in the DRAM Technology Node Development group, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems to develop industry leading DRAM. You will engage on new technology at design start and be part of a team responsible for delivering technology to enable the full product portfolio, initial device qualification and production ramp. This will be accomplished through innovation and by cross-functional engagement with partner groups; Design, Test, Technology Development, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments to co-optimize product and process. Responsibilities Include : + Enablenew process node startup, qualification,yield, and ramp + Provide direction to development teams using thorough knowledge for process integration + Develop and utilize key metrics for feedback on a new technology + Collaborate with internal engineering groups; Design, Technology Development, Design for Test, and Quality teams to understand yield issues and priorities + Support design verification and validation using CAD tools and simulations + Performelectrical failure analysis and yield improvement using both data and bench testing analysis + Identify design marginalities and recommend design solutions for circuit-related problems + Utilize state-of-art in house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis + Identify causes of low yield through systematic analysis + Utilize statistical tools for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent + 5 years related experience + Familiarity with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, design, and process. + Effective written and spoken communication skills + Good organizational skills, able to make decisions in complex situations + Excellent problem solving and analytical skills + Strong Project Management skills + Strong presentation skills + Self-motivation and enthusiasm Performs hardware, software, semiconductor design or telecomm engineering assignments.
