Data and customer account researchData governance/integrity activities and follow-upProactively communicate and collaborate with internal users to analyze technology needs and functional requirementsRecommending analytics and research requirements and working with the rest of the team to ensure that our solutions are insight ledPartner with corporate to enhance analytic capabilities and ensure data integrityWork closely on marketing to scope and develop regular analysis and/or reporting packs for supportConduct analysis of data-sets in order to understand, define and monitor KPIs which drive customer journeysSet up reporting and dashboards for ecommerce customer journeys including acquisition, retention and cross-sellingReport and analyse on promotions performance and any other ad hoc marketing information needs and deliver effective and accurate presentation of results, insights and recommendationsAssist with qualitative and quantitative research projects to provide insight and intelligence on how to improve the customer experienceQualifications for analyst, CRM

Critical thinking- capable of delivering thoughtful and innovative CRM strategiesMust have above intermediate to expert administrative knowledge of various software programsMust be a quick learner and willingness to think "outside the box"Knowledge of VBA is an advantageMust be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-taskAbility to interpret the data to identify issues and raise concern if the data doesn't make sense
