Position Summary:In the position of CRM Analyst you will play an integral role in customer relationship management (CRM) performance and have a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and technical aptitude to solve problems and discover insights related to consumer behavior. Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) to perform advanced data queries in a variety of platforms. Solve technological challenges and make an impact in customer data management and CRM.

Essential Job Functions:

Analyze data outputs from various systems, integrate data with customer data platform (CDP), CRM, and related 3rd party platforms.Develop and maintain standard dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators (KPI) measurements to provide access to all results in a user-friendly format for all cross functional teams via compelling and clear data visualizations.Conduct CRM and web analysis on email marketing, QR code, customer incentive-based initiatives, multimedia messaging service (MMS)/short message service (SMS), mobile wallet offer, and loyalty programs. Focused on providing insights and analysis of customer engagement including key performance indicators (KPI) trends, customer profiling, user segmentation, clickstream analytics, behavioral targeting, and insights to drive acquisition/retention/loyalty.Conduct scheduled campaign post-mortem reporting and analysis to identify actionable data insights to stakeholders with key takeaways and recommendations.Regularly perform internal audits of CRM database to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and validity of consumer engagement. Work cross-functionally to identify, prevent, and mitigate the effects of fraudulent digital consumer engagement, ensure the availability and accuracy of required data.Improve, optimize, and document analytical procedures and results related to CRM and web analysis, campaign dashboarding, extract, transform, load (ETL), and reporting.Follow industry standard on customer engagement, personally identifiable information (PII), data privacy and opt-in, opt-out trends.Position Requirements:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field ofComputer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in CRM, CDP, ETL, and/or digital marketingAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in UI-UX development such as websites, apps and/or web3Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud database required.Efficiency with SQL, Python, R, or other programming language desired.Familiarity with Amazon Redshift or other data warehousing product desired.Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Looker Studio, or other visualization tool desired.

Base Pay Range = $66,560 - $69,880 (+)
