The Workstation Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates end user computing devices including PCs, thin clients, printers, scanners and other peripherals. They have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures used to install, configure, and repair end user devices. This position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and works under immediate supervision.

Information Technology Team members will comply with all HIPAA standards when dealing with PHI or other patient data, maintaining "Need-to-Know" standards and confidentiality, for PHI in all computer/network/user security investigations.

High School DiplomaCompTIA Fundamentals within 1 year of hireJob Qualifications:

Candidate must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts.Knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems. Good analytical, problem solving, and dedicated commitment to customer service.Good analytical and problem solving skills that aid in efficient and effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.Dedicated commitment to customer service.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assume responsibility and ownership of problems as well as be self-driven to obtain resolution to issue.Ability to prioritize tasks/projects for self and others.Ability to visualize long-range needs, trends, and goals to meet future IT demands.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is expected.
