Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated SAP ePPDS Functional Analyst to join our team focused on implementing the next generation of knowledge systems centered on SAP S/4HANA PP/DS and SAP IBP for our Building Products businesses. This role requires a local candidate who is willing to work onsite at the GP Center in downtown Atlanta a couple of days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Solution Leads and Business Process Leads to identify business needs and document requirements using Business Analysis principles.Interpret user requirements into feasible options and communicate findings to stakeholders.Configure SAP PP/DS leveraging best practices and document process flows, integration points, forms, and workflow requirements.Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and project teams.Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, and create functional design specifications, ensuring all designs can be traced back to requirements.Analyze business challenges and objectives to develop current and future state processes.Collaborate with process leads, vendors, and solution integrators to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities.Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to relevant stakeholders.Assist in conducting research on alternatives and performing cost/benefit analysis.Maintain accountability by collaborating with peers, stakeholders, and project teams.Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans.Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and urgency in all assignments within a fast-paced project environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Hands-on configuration experience with detailed scheduling in SAP PP/DS (ePPDS) and integration with SAP IBP.Experience with production planning optimizer and/or custom heuristics preferred.At least one full SAP lifecycle implementation experience.Deep domain knowledge of detailed scheduling capabilities using SAP PP/DS.
