The

Senior SAP Operations Analyst

plays a critical role by partnering with business process owners and technology groups to fully leverage SAP capabilities and drive process standardization, process efficiencies, automation and, ultimately, value creation. The

Senior SAP Operations Analyst

will also collaborate with global functional teams and external service providers to ensure high availability for SAP applications in their domain expertise as well as to successfully execute enhancements and project work.

They will be involved in eliciting requirements and will collaborate to design and to develop SAP solutions enabled through MM, SD, PP, PM and QM functionality. Their domain expertise will be leveraged through strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:Provide functional and technical expertise to analyze, plan and design SAP solutionsEngage with business stakeholders to identify and define high level business requirementsCollaborate with lead functional consultants in driving and delivering SAP solutionsPartner with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirementsPartner with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.)Collaborate with AMS service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and develop SAP solutionsSupport business teams in all testing activitiesEngage in incident resolution and data recoveryWork with business process owners to support data migration as required in project executionParticipate in Incident Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actionsAssist business teams with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new SAP systems and modulesManage SLAs and KPIs with AMSServe as overall escalation point for all Tier 1 applicationsEncourages others to listen using active listening skillsWorks well with other departments, functions, regions and cultures

Senior SAP Operations Analyst

Requirements:Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems management or related technology fieldCertifications for SAP MM, PP and SD preferredExperience in PP/MM - need to be SME5+ years in leading SAP ECC MM, SD and PP project work and support; SAP S/4HANA is a plusExperience in process manufacturing and chemical industryExperience with Plant Maintenance and Quality Management is a plusProven track record of success in collaborating in full cycle SAP implementationsAbility to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environmentBroad exposure to SAP solutions implemented in diverse business functions requiredDesired previous experience in migration to SAP S/4HANA migration (brownfield or greenfield)Strong analytical skills for complex problem solvingAbility to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiencesProficient in Microsoft Office and OutlookExcellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and written communication skillsPrevious experience in a managed service environment a plus
