As a Lead Application Architect, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology landscape. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build architecture and designs to develop innovative solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experiences. Primary Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners: Understand business needs and develop architectural solutions and blueprints for the customer experience center platform. + Support Solutions Architects: Identify impacts on teams, ARTs, and suppliers involved in developing solutions. Define architecture enablers and non-functional requirements for the acceptance criteria. + Prepare Conceptual Architecture Designs: Assist Solutions Architects in creating conceptual architecture designs (L1). Produce design documentation (L2) for features. + Effort Estimation: Provide t-shirt size effort estimates for capabilities based on solution design during capability refinement meetings. + Best Practice Recommendations: Offer best practice recommendations to the engineering team. + Feature Refinement and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners for feature refinement and business requirements gathering. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement customer experiences using IVR platforms (Nuance, Genesys, Microsoft, etc.). Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field + 8 or more experience as a senior developer or architecture in large IT projects + Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and experience with waterfall methodologies. + Public Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of public cloud architectures and services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud-native technologies, cloud cybersecurity, and implementation patterns. + Architecture and Design Solutions: Expertise in technologies such as Nuance IVR, Nuance Mix platform, Genesys Cloud Architect flows, AWS Connect, and Google CcaaS. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications + Lead Application Architect Experience: Proven experience as a Lead Application Architect for large-scale cloud contact centers using Azure, AWS, and Genesys Clouds. + Technical Hands-on Experience: Proficient in setting up pilots and proof of concepts (POCs) for solution evaluations on SaaS platforms. + Architecture Development: Experience in developing architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains. + Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication and influencing abilities. + Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to guide business requirement discussions and provide technical solutions. + Strategic Transformation Programs: Experience in major strategic business and IT transformation programs. + Technical Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand. + Vendor Collaboration: Experience working with vendors to enhance tool capabilities to meet enterprise needs. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,800 - $174,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
